BeBlissFit is a FRIENDLY Outdoor Fitness Community geared towards those who want alternative ways to stay active. With BeBlissFit, you can stay active outdoors all year long and make wonderful friendships along the way. You can choose to join us for our regularly scheduled weekly jogs, hikes or participate in our 3 month walk to run program.

Our events take into consideration the mind & body. Being active outdoors is not only great for your physical health, but mental as well. Being active outdoors can help you combat stress, keep your spirits lifted & encourage life long activity.
